Moist

Quick blip as it's a bit of a madhouse tonight.

Hyper Hez is running around trying to get all her last minute packing done for her trip tomorrow, which has mainly involved her mum sweating over the ironing board, me sorting out cameras, gadgets and adapters and her boyfriend being sent on errands to Tesco, and a mild panic over the suitcase weight because someone couldn't tell the difference between pounds and kilos on the readout.

In an effort to hide from all of that I had another poke around the pipes to see if I could clear whatever's causing the blockage down there. After a bit of detective work we've come to the conclusion that it could well be one of those plastic toilet fresheners things as that's mysteriously disappeared. No joy though.

On the plus side, Samantha's made a huge batch of chocolate and beetroot brownies. I asked why the beetroot and was told it was because it kept them really moist.

Was looking at them here and wondering if any other vegetable might do the same.

Sweetcorn maybe?
