Goldfish Pond Water Lily

When we created the goldfish pond we had no idea that the water plants would be as entertaining as the gold fish.
The water lily gives us the most beautiful flowers that are quite evanescent.
The bud appears one day, the flower the next, and then the third day the blossom is gone.
These flowers are a a lesson for me.
