It was a hard fought match. England as the underdogs, with little expectation, managed to hold the French to a draw. They played well and the goal, from a Stevie Gerrard free kick, sent the fans crazy. Donetsk is quite a few miles away but I think I heard the supporters screaming. I also heard them singing something about the Italian referee but I'm not about to spell it out here.
