Can't Wait!

Nearly ready for the off! Tickets booked, accommodation sorted, can't wait for next week's trip to Florence! Yes, it'll be hot, it'll be busy, it'll be extortionately expensive, it'll be chaotic ..... and it'll be fantastic fun! Any tips?
