Blazing Salmon

Today and tomorrow we have the fish market (Muikkumarkkinat) in Posio. Our group had a performance and other activities at the market place. Had no time to eat the blazing salmon. This is a Finnish fish preparation, in wich salmon is nailed to a plank with wooden pegs (not in the picture) and cooked over an open fire.
