Nick Butterworth

Will's day today. Violin first thing, then to the library to sign up for the summer reading challenge. Picked up two Titchy Witch books we hadn't read, went for coffee, met Daddy, ready Titchy Witch books, back to library for the first stickers for having read two books. The first stickers given out at Hitchin library this year apparently. Challenge only started yesterday.

Back home for lunch and a play outside before heading to the British Schools Museum to listen to Nick Butterworth as part of Hitchin Festival. Will was completely engaged, loved every minute. Answered and asked lots of questions. I did take a photo of Will and Nick but unfortunately it is out of focus so I thought this was a good alternative. Will asked him to sign Albert Le Blanc for Carys because she was away with brownies, Nick did this and also asked Will to say hello to Carys for him when she came home. A lovely man.
