Has the Mail Come?

There is a neighborhood near my house that has sections called Gates.  This one has all the mail and paper boxes for the residents on one corner, so everyone has to walk here to retrieve them.  I have been fascinated by "rural mailboxes" for a long time and often wonder what the mailbox says about the resident. Please notice what appears to be a real inconsistency in the numbers.  Clearly, one of these folks is into cheerful flowers.  If you try it large, you can get the full effect.
