Cousins on the 4th

I am adding back blips from the days we were at the beach. This was on the 4th of July and these three cousins were in the trunk of a 62 corvette throwing out candy in the parade; they had the good stuff (Hersey chocolate) so everyone was excited to see them. The big girls have done this since they were about 5 years old.....they are getting almost too big for the trunk. (They always promise me they will hold on tight and not fall out). Grandmas worry. This photo is while they are waiting for the parade to start.....so evidently there was time for "one more text".
We had about 40 people over for lunch after the parade because our house is at the start of the parade route AND activities on the beach start about an hour after the parade ends......and driving back to their beach houses is almost impossible right after the parade because of traffic....we have done this for 10 years. FUN because we keep it kind of simple and have everything ready before the parade.
