Edinburgh Rooftops with Castle

Our flat inspection was great this morning. It is standing up very well and needs very little attention. We are clearly very lucky to have Helen as our housekeeper and welcomer. She gave us a taste of her wecloming routine and I'm sure we/she could sell tickets for it!

Afterwards, we walked around the block noting changes for our guide to the local area to make it smack up to date. Great news is there is a new Sainsbury Local store with an ATM only 100 metres away round the corner from our quiet street.

Now a stop on George V Bridge for an excellent lunch at The Outsider (venison, beetroot and black pudding salad) before our M&S replenishment visit . . . under garments top of the list!
