Management speak

I've had a very dull day at work listening to lots of fluff about the changes afoot in education, particularly for children with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities). As I'm going to be affected from both sides of the fence I really wanted to be interested and to understand it. Sadly neither happened! I hope things will become clearer once the government provide more details... But somehow I doubt it!
