My boy and his girl!

Well J and R have booked their next adventure to Costa Rica in April next year so it doesn't look like they will be moving out soon (not that I am complaining!) 

The good news is that R has got a job starting in September at a Primary School in this area (which is fabulous considering that about 100 people all competed for the job) so they have said they can start saving for a deposit to put down on a house.  They grow up so quickly.
