Clean linen

One of life's little pleasures is clean linen on the bed. 

Another pleasure I've discovered is being able to get washing clean and dry quickly and efficiently when the weather is poor. The swanky washing/drier combo machine that arrived the day Dad left is a thing of beauty.

The little fur child certainly thinks so, he hops inside for a poke and takes a look in the front when it's in action.

The best pleasure of all this weekend is an overnight trip to the hills. It will be cold, snowy and beautiful. Hopefully the hut has firewood. I checked the forecast today and temperature high in the back country tomorrow is -2.

I'm not thinking about how cold it will get tomorrow night, I"m just thinking how much fun it's going to be :-)
