Flower Friday

The pruners haven't been round the local park as yet so I took a wander and found this rose which just seems to be 'holding on'. I very much doubt it will open fully, it was lacking in fragrance but instead enjoyed a little sunlight.

Very cold day with a bitter breeze. Daughter E is driving to Hamner Springs today with two girlfriends, the snow is 35cm deep, Jet boating tomorrow and some fun in the hot pools - they're young and enthusiastic :)
