Bye Bye Bayside

Our beloved Bayside Bakery, once located directly across from the office where I work (my day job~entirely different than inn keeping) has moved to a mall, leaving a large question mark in it's place.  The kitchen portion of the building has been left standing, it appears, leaving me with high hopes of another restaurant.  New construction is happening quickly and the building is rapidly taking shape.  Oh please let it be something wonderful!
