A beautiful jewel in the rain

I have missed a whole week of posting somehow . . . . 
So I will be uploading a number of photos now, to fill in those days of my journal. As I said in my last entry, we will be leaving soon (in a week or so) for our long but rewarding journey to Wolfe Island, CANADA! 

It has been very hot here in Florida and then the rain comes -
sometimes thunder & even lightning (real lightning, not our kitten!)
Beautiful drops of wetness and relief for the sun drenched plants.
Things have been growing like wiLD! 

I love my little white hibiscus tree. It is filled with blooms now. So pretty to look at & brings me great jOY!
