the beginning of the end

of the kitchen. We bought the house in 2002 and the survey said the kitchen was in need of refurbishment then. Finally we are getting it done, with the kitchen fitter coming on Monday to make a start.  Mr H has taken all the door fronts off the current one and removed now empty drawers etc today. I only hope the man turns up on Monday.

We ate out tonight ( wonder why?) and were discussing the cooker like you do. I remember buying it in 1995 , the salesman being about 12 and clearly a Saturday job, trying to tell me what I needed from a cooker. he was trying very hard to get me to buy one other than this one. Not sure what it cost us but we have had our money's worth out of it. Hope my new one will be as reliable!
