Fraser Shaw

Today I cycled with a team of guys to the ferry at kennacraig starting at Glasgow green. Greig in the middle has a rucksack on with his brother ashes in it, taking him home to Islay. Fraser died at the age of 34 of MS, very tragic.

Myself and Donald didn't head over to Islay and decided to do the 4 ferry challenge. By the end we had cycled 107 miles and were absolutely burst. Feeling great for doing it now though. The last climb almost ended me...
