Son and grand-daughter

It's so nice that she obviously recognises me when I go round.

In other news, my shoulder is still improving slowly but I've now pulled something in my knee/lower leg. I'd gone to the climbing wall and after a while, i.e. when I was getting tired, I was climbing down and slipped, landing a bit awkwardly. Stupid.

I don't like not being able to do anything, so tomorrow I shall try swimming.... and no I don't really want to hear any words of caution :-)
