Stoat.....or weasel?

 After consulting google, I think this is a stoat....weasels are smaller?!

High on the list of good ways to spend a day is being out in lovely countryside with great pals and lots of catching up to do.  Helen, Verity and I set out from Denholme over the moor to Oxenhope and then back home via Crossroads today, ending with a yummy lunch in Verity's beautiful garden.  Once on the top of the moor, the sun came out and we paused to remove fleeces, to discover we were all wearing the same tops (Christmas presents from me to us all!)

Heading downhill I spotted what at first I thought was a bird skittering along some stones, but turned out to be this little guy.  A special moment in a fine day.
