Lemon Curd

I was hoping to buy some marmalade at the Methodist Church in Bakewell this morning.
But I arrived to late as usual and it had all gone.
All that was left were some jars of Gooseberry jam and Lemon Curd.
Neither of which are my favourites.
Each monday a different charity runs a few stalls and today was the turn of Chelmorton a little village about 9 miles outside Bakewell.
