Mr. Noodle!

We spent a fun morning at the Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum with my friend Eri. There we had the pleasure of making our own uniquely packaged instant chicken ramen and Cup Noodle. In this photo, my Mum and Eri are about to pass the dough they have just made through a hand operated machine that will spread the dough into a long, thin sheet. Later, they will put the dough through a similar machine that cuts the dough into long strips. Lots of fun.
