'Viper's Bugloss'

This seems to be growing everywhere at the moment...pity it's got such an ugly name. Apparently, it does very well in gardens and is a great wildflower for the Bees, Butterflies and Moths. Slug resistant leaves and flowers for eight to ten weeks....I'm going to try and grow some!.. These were growing on the seashore....a bit blurred as it was very windy.

I went to see the film 'The Minions' at lunchtime...a good laugh! Have to keep up with the youngest Grandsons.

Watched tennis this afternoon..Andy Murray through to the semi finals......it's been a changeable day weather wise...they had to put the roof on at Centre Court..which increased the humidity.....sweat was dripping off them by the end.

Great Linedance class this evening...it's a two and a half hour class..so we got plenty of dances in and learnt some new ones!
