Sleeping Cygnets

It was raining when we got up and left for work this morning - not a very inspiring day, and not so great for BB's football.  It must have eased off later as BB didn’t get too wet.  He then spent the afternoon with a school friend who has just come back from a month in South Korea – what an adventure for him and his family.

It seemed quiet at work today, which gave me the chance to catch up with things.

I dragged my mum and dad out for a walk by the river as it was such a lovely evening.  You may just be able to spot the six sleeping cygnets with their parents on a sandbank in the middle of the river.  The extra is a single swan further up the river.
