Jungles

Compared to when we went away, two weeks ago, the garden has turned into something of a jungle. The poppies have come out, bloomed, and shed their petals, all while we were away :-(  These iris showed no sign of flowering but we return to an absolute profusion.
If you look carefully you’ll see raindrops on the petals. Today was not an especially nice day to welcome us home! However, we do live in a nice place!
This blip, plus backblips "Chipshop" and "The Bridge",  brings me up-to-date.
