Wound up in Wexford

River Wensum

Another Tuesday - work all day, then up to North Norfolk for orchestra rehearsal.

But today, the weather was good and I felt energetic enough to drive via Lenwade (where I used to live) to grab some shots of the river.

I used to do a circular walk of about a mile religiously every morning and most evenings, with Fido.  Occasionally the morning walk would be cut short, and often the evening walk was extended.  My walk took me up to the river, and a short distance along an old railway track, now Marriott's Way.  I would nearly always find time to at least pause on the bridge and enjoy the sound and sight of the water.

Since moving to our new home, one thing I have really missed about Lenwade is the river.

I chose this photo for my blip, because I thought it was interesting that the sky is much more blue in the reflection that it appears in reality.
