Stratford Torch Tower

We met up with Rob at Tottenham Hale and walked the Lee Navigation canal to Limehouse, passing the Olympic site on route. Just beyond it the development site has a huge wooden tower shaped like the Olympic torch, pictured. I understand that it does/will light up at night and probably looks great.

We ended walking the Thames path round docklands and on to Tower Bridge and London Bridge. Just got home when the rain started. Took loads of pictures so have struggled to decide which one to blip with.
