Fuel

On my way to meet my friend yesterday I happened upon a Cycle Surgery/Runners Need store which meant I was able to grab myself some fuel for my upcoming longer training runs.

Runners Need are one of the few retailers that sell the Torq brand so I grabbed myself a bunch of gels and some energy bars.

Torq do the best gel flavours including raspberry ripple, rhubarb & custard and strawberry yoghurt. In addition, the banoffee pie and forest fruits flavours include guarana extract for added oomph!
