Another I just couldn' resist.

I/we bought some so-called "Winter flowering" Pansies. I thought it was a year or two ago - seems, looming back to be a year or three. Any way, they didn't really come into their own until winter was almost over. We didn't treat them as annuals & here they still are, except there's now one in a crack in the paving, keeping a Buddleja and some valerian (Which we have never grown - nearest 1/2 mile away) company. I spotted this one in the middle (literally) of the lawn.
I intended to use the alternative - then I spotted this.
