Techno-idiot

I thought I was cool with mobiles. Clearly not. I bought a new deal this morning, free phone, modest monthly payment. Got home, sorted out apps, emails, so far so good. But - couldn't get calls, texts going.  So, rushed back to Eastbourne again, just got there in time before closing. It took 10 seconds for the chap to fix it. You know the answer:

TURN IT OFF AND ON AGAIN.
