The Bug's cousin turns 1 in just a couple of days, and today we celebrated with a wee party. I managed to whip up a batch of very hastily- made scones. I was very surprised (and relieved) when they turned out edible. 

Also managed a visit to the local nursery to pick up some grow bags for the courgette plants my dad gave me recently. I've planted them out, and I'm hoping they will just do their thing.
