Where are they?

Somewhere out there the dogs are chasing birds, but, try as hard as I can, I cannot spot them.

Another day of trying to escape the noise at home. I think next time, before we agree to an estimate for work to be done, I am going to make it a stipulation that no music is to be played, perhaps a very quiet classic radio but NOTHING else.
