New regime
After feeling rubbish for quite some time and a wee bit of a health 'scare' I have committed myself to losing weight and getting fitter. Ti this end I either walk 5km (approx) or cycle every day. The cycling is done in doors :-) it was the poison if choice today. By the time I got home from work it was nearly dark so didn't fancy tripping round the track in the dark. So cycling it was- this is as long as I've managed to sit in a bike (exercise one at least) Wasn't impressed with overall speed (21km/ph) but was pleased with 8.5km :-)))
Now I will just go die in a corner with a numb bum
