Aaron's sourdough recipe.

A wonderful sourdough loaf made at home ! And it tasted as good as it looks ,much to the delight of the grandchildren [and the rest of us]. New Zealand's last solo Masterchef winner came from Raglan and he used to make sourdough bread at his home in his brick bread oven and  then sell the bread. The recipe is included in the cookbook he published after winning Masterchef.One of my sons has a sourdough starter and  he gave some to our daughter who then cooked this wonderful creation.
