Pretty-n-Scary

I have no idea what this is but is pretty and scary looking at the same time. It got a little agitated when I was taking pictures (flash was firing) but didn't move more than a couple of millimeters over a two minute period. 

BTW - I did post a photo of a skipper a little while ago but took it down in favor of this...
