Capitol Hill - Volunteer Park

I have absolutely no idea what he is doing - clue me in if you do.  AND - by taking a photo of two gals on a picnic bench, somehow I restored one's faith in humanity, so if we do that with our work/habit, bully for us!

If anyone else loves mono film, do see the reworked The Third Man.  A work of beauty that is showing in a theatre here so large screen even better.
