'Brush Up'

Got up really early this morning. It was a very foggy morning and I thought it would be nice to drive down to Warrandyte for some moody photos by the river. Unfortunately Warrandyte must have been the only place in Melbourrne not covered in fog. So much for that idea.

Came home and cooked breakfast for the family. Eggs and bacon on the menu today as it's the Queens birthday public holiday here. Nice not to have to go to work today.

After breakfast the kids decided they wanted to do some paintings. I though I would take some shots of them and their creations, but when I looked through the lens I saw these beautiful brushes with their paint stained bristles and couldn't resist a few shots.
