NOT A GOOD DAY
Actually this story started last Thursday night when I realized I had no transmission fluid in my car. That being said I wasn't able to use my car Fri.Sat. or Sun. Today I put fluid in the car and drove it to the garage. I get a call mid-day and the cost to fix it is $850. The two guys in my photo today were guys that were at the garage also waiting with me for a ride back to their job/home. A young man from the garage dropped the guy on the right off at work and then dropped me off at my place. As he was pulling out of my drive-way I yelled for him to stop. I said it appears I have locked myself out of my house. I had somehow managed to lock the screen door on my way out. Yes, the glass door was all closed. He tried getting in the front door, no luck, he tired the back door no luck. Finally he said I think one of your windows may not be totally closed and if I remover the screen I think I could get in that way. I got to thinking that window if pretty high off the ground, I don't know how he could get up that high. At this point he comes back around to the car and asks the guy still sitting in the car (the guy on the left in this photo) is he'd mind coming around and giving him a lift up, which he did. He was able to get in and open the screen door. So that was my morning. I was extremely thankful that they were here to help me today. Hopefully I will get my car back tomorrow. He has to order the part.
