Rainbow after the Rain

There is always a rainbow after the rain. That is most specially true here in England. I have noticed that this rare appearance of the rainbow happens mostly during Summer where the England (or UK in general perhaps) weather cannot decide whether or not it wants to rain the land even when the sun is out.

I went to the city centre today with a hope of finding a pair or two of shorts that i can wear for this "hot" summer weather in the UK. I didnt find the right chemistry between my waist area and the pairs that I tried. Will continue looking in the next few days.
