The Great Escape

Lottie and Pippa have been attempting to tunnel under the fence on a number of occasions – they have been promised various forms of punishment by R but that does not stop them.

There is a feeding tray for the birds on the other side of the fence – birds tend to scatter the seed everywhere when they feed so seed collects on the ground – mice like bird seed and may have started to nest at the base of the fence where Lottie and Pippa are digging. I wonder where they keep their baseball glove and ball (if you have seen the film The Great Escape you will know what happens when Steve McQueen is captured after each failed escape).

A successful day at the house finishing off a number of jobs.
