Top of the world

Beautiful crisp day today just asking to be enjoyed from the top of Traprain Law.

Three members of the Smith family couldn't be arsed so it was down to just the two of us.

Eve's way of hill walking is to discuss all the way through the ascent the chocolate lolly she's going to have at the top. When she gets to the top she has to immediately eat the lolly looking at the view before descending and discussing how great the lolly was.

In my case the motivation is usually the pint I'm going to reward myself with at the Linton Arms. Today however it was a trip to Asda, which doesn't have the same appeal somehow.
