Lupin Clad Hillside

A very wet day! Although it stopped raining for my run it was wet underfoot and then tipped down as Richard was on his run. It took a considerable time to thaw out.

The bonus was the rivers are in spate providing some spectacular rapids and waterfalls. once warm we went in search of supplies.

A feature of the area is the amount of wild Lupins growing on the verges and hillside. This was just outside the supermarket car park.
