Oot Walkies

It's been a fairly windy day and the NW winds have been a bit chilly for the time of year.  It's remained dry all day but a drizzly shower is threatening now at teatime but also a bit of sunshine too :)

Day off today and was hoping to get out and about with the camera but not much of a day for photos.  Me and Sammy had a big walk this morning and headed to the Mail beach, over two miles from my house.  Brian popped down in the morning, before I headed out to see granny at Levenwick care centre.  Mam popped over in the afternoon and I headed to Sandwick with her.  Me and Sammy went for a big walk around Sandwick while mam was working.  When mam was finished, we headed to the Planticrub garden centre for a look at plants and also to Frakkafield garden flowers, needless to say we've both bought a few :)
Hopefully get into the garden now after tea, followed by another walk and then off to the pub to work.

Sammy enjoyed his walk around Sandwick this afternoon and plenty of things to sniff along the way.  Here he is enjoying the small of all the roadside flowers that are now in full bloom and looking great.  Garden flowers may be slow this year but native wild flowers are doing great :)  Taken at Sannick, Sandwick.
