The latest development in the big growth in the popularity of cycling will be coming to Arnside tomorrow.
This is the 64 day cycle ride round the coast of Britain. In all it is about 6,800km. And keeps as near to the sea as possible. There are no rest days and the numbers are limited to 250 cyclists for each section.

Of course all this enthusiasm comes from our Olympic medals and the Tour de France. Tomorrow they have their lunch stop in Arnside and you can be sure Knottman will be there looking for blips.
