Classy Relatives

This weekend has seen the last gasp for Tom's 18th Birthday celebrations. My in-laws descended yesterday with their various kids and dogs so we could do the obligatory Saturday barbecue, sleepover and Sunday pub-lunch. A couple of final gifts too - the lady on the left apparently contains blue-tinted sambuca. At his Auntie's urging, Tom 'did a shot' and he too briefly went an unusual colour...

In the evening, by way of re-imposing a bit of sanity, I went to see a very good documentary at the Broadway, 'Salad Days: A Decade of Punk in Washington DC' - it was gratifying to see Screen One so well attended for such an apparently 'niche' screening...
