Charlotte and her niece-to-be

After a few travel-related disasters, including the doors into Gatwick airport malfunctioning after I got off the plane and walked up the ramp, and locking us all out, I eventually arrived at Coworth Park Hotel two hours late for the mother-of-the-bride/groom/bridesmaids afternoon tea!
It was a very nice hotel, but it's address is given as Blacknest Road, Ascot. My satnav was very distressed and refused to co-operate at that point because the hotel is actually on London Rd, Virginia Water! After driving up and down almost every road in the area I eventually found it, and was told that the film stars who stay there prefer it hidden away and unaccessable, so presumably the wrong address is given on purpose?
Anyway, the sandwiches were good, the cakes and scones tasty, and we had a nice time.
