June Challenge : Snack
A quick blip today, as I've been preparing for our PhotoShop workshop this week, guests arrived this afternoon. A snack lunch of my home-made pizzas using a Tortilla wrap as a base - gives a light, crispy base. A spread of passata, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, then add anchovies, olives, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, sweet corn, italian seasoning. The great thing - on a pizza stone in the top of the Aga's oven for 2 minutes, it's done, add a coupke of sprigs of rocket and a few torn basil leaves and done ... a great snack lunch! (Without the heavy, bready base of a normal pizza).
