Tying up loose ends

Last full day so we braved another trip on the buses ... but only to Mellieha and the Air Raid Tunnels. We took the bus to the top of the hill (and it is a big hill!!) and had a slow meander down looking at the shops and picking up some pressies to take home.
Then we had our long awaited look at the Air Raid Shelters and they were enlightening and really brought to life the book I am reading.  I was really glad I went.
Final bus trip back to base for a late lunch followed by pool time / pod time (with book reading). After a last prolonged dip in the pool it was time for dinner (& cocktails!!) ... Uno Challenge (won by Dave) ... then some partial packing for the trip home.
