Finally a bee shot

I spotted this bee this morning whilst I was taking some photos of my very beautiful Peony.  I was hoping to get a decent shot of the bee and whilst its not quite in focus its the best I can do for now.

I had to go to Loweswater this afternoon so Misty and her friend came too and we had a short walk at Crummock Water and got back to the car just before the rain came.   There's a photo of them both in Extras.

When I left home there was a dead pigeon by the feeders but when I got home it had gone!
