Flour Mill.

Out for another walk today down the same area as yesterday. Such a lovely, cold, crisp day.
This is Chancelot Mill - the flour Mill. It is in the area of Newhaven in Edinburgh but was originally in the Chancelot area, hence the name. The original Mill went up in flames and the new one was relocated in Newhaven in 1970.

Chancelot Mill is the second largest flour mill in Europe. The mill operates, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to supply Scottish bakers with quality flours and bakery ingredients.
