Hotel

The majority of the hotels on Playa La Ropa are situated on the warm, inviting sands, but there are a couple at the north end of the beach located on some impressive rock formations. While kayaking this morning, I watched as wave after wave broke in front of Casa Que Canta, one of those hotels. I paddled as close as I dared and waited for a wave to hit. Of course I captured more than one, but liked the arrangement of buildings and wave in this one (it is a bit difficult to frame a shot in a bucking kayak, so I tend to shoot away and edit down later).
